BIM Manager Job Opportunity in Eemshaven, Netherlands

Our client is seeking a talented BIM Manager to join their Data Centre team in Eemshaven, Netherlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a cutting-edge development project and play a key role in implementing our Digital Project Delivery strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing tender documents to identify BIM and Digital requirements
• Technical review of 3D BIM models for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management
• Production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT
• Leading DPD kick off meetings
• Supporting and mentoring BIM Engineers

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with BIM level 2 requirements
• Experience with BIM Documentation
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects, Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion
• Third-level qualification in construction, computing, or related discipline
