Our client is seeking a talented BIM Manager to join their Data Centre team in Eemshaven, Netherlands.

As a BIM Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the Digital Project Delivery strategy across projects within the Business Unit. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project implementation from pre-contract stages through to delivery and handover, providing leadership, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Experience in BIM Documentation is essential for this role.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary projects with BIM level 2 requirements
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
• EU passport or Right to Work in Holland
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other related software
• Third-level qualification in construction, computing, or related discipline

Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents to identify BIM and Digital requirements
• Technical review of 3D BIM models for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management
• Lead DPD kick-off meetings with project management team
• Support BIM Engineers and provide mentorship as required
